I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with fantastic views of parkland, Derwent Water, mountains, and the town of Keswick. The rooms were superbly spacious, although a bit dark with not the best lighting for maneuvering, making ablutions slightly challenging. The service provided by the friendly, professional, and attentive staff was exceptional. The location overlooking Hope Park and a few minutes walk from the town center was perfect. The dining experience offered a delicious variety, despite being there during snowy blizzards. Overall, a great place to stay if you appreciate beautiful views and friendly service.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location offered breathtaking views of the parkland, Derwent Water, mountains, and Keswick town, making it a truly stunning experience. However, I wished for a better room view. Overall, it was definitely worth the rate.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were superb with stunning views of Skiddaw Mountain and Derwent Water. The service was exceptional, and the staff were always polite and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the town center and with breathtaking views. The dining experience was delicious, though there were minor issues with some dishes.
